Depending upon the needs of the client I may use more than one healing modality:
I may choose from Reiki(1 or more of 8 kinds), Spontaneous Release, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Crystal Healing, Toning, Channeling and Light Language, Access Bars, EFT, H.U.G.G. Method
Clean up: Useful if feeling stuck or slow moving - increases energy
General Healing: Tune up - heals, balances and grounds you
Specific Healing: Focus on a specific area in your life that is holding you back from reaching your fullest potential
